Hello and welcome. My name is Fidli Rachid, and I’m the founder and creative lead behind EasyDigitalDIY.com — a personal blog dedicated to making Digital DIY organization simple, practical, and accessible to everyone, for free.
EasyDigitalDIY is not a company or an agency. It’s a personal space where I share the digital tools and printable guides I personally design to help people bring clarity to everyday life. This site reflects my belief that organization does not need to be complicated, expensive, or overwhelming to be effective.
I created this blog for people who want structure without stress, planning without pressure, and tools that feel supportive rather than restrictive.

The Idea Behind EasyDigitalDIY
Life rarely follows a clean plan.
Between managing finances, preparing for big life events like weddings, building better habits, or simply trying to stay consistent day-to-day, things can quickly feel chaotic. I experienced this firsthand. I found myself searching for simple tools that could help me stay focused — without needing complex apps or paid systems.
That’s where the idea for EasyDigitalDIY began.
Instead of chasing perfection, I wanted to create easy systems — tools that bring calm and clarity into busy lives. The word “Easy” is intentional. My goal is not to add more tasks to your life, but to help you organize what already exists in a way that feels natural and achievable.
What I Do and What I Create
At the core of EasyDigitalDIY is design — but design with purpose.
I specialize in creating:
Digital trackers for daily life and long-term goals
Printable planners and guides for organization and planning
Budget, habit, and lifestyle tracking tools
Simple layouts that work for real people, not just aesthetics
Every tracker and guide you find here is designed to solve a specific, everyday problem. I focus on functionality first, then visual clarity. If a tool doesn’t make your life easier, it doesn’t belong on this site.
How My Design Process Works
All resources on EasyDigitalDIY are personally designed and reviewed by me.
I oversee each step of the process — from idea to layout to final usability — to make sure the tools are practical, clean, and user-friendly. I pay close attention to details that often get overlooked, such as:
Ink-friendly formatting, so printing at home is affordable
Clear spacing and typography, to reduce visual clutter
Tablet-optimized layouts, for smooth digital use
Straightforward structure, so anyone can use the tools instantly
My aim is to design resources that feel intuitive the moment you open them — no instructions required.
Turning Chaos Into Simple Structure
One of the biggest challenges people face with planning is complexity.
Weddings come with endless details. Budgets quickly become overwhelming. Habits start strong and fade just as fast. I design my tools to bring simple structure into those moments — not rigid systems, but flexible frameworks you can adapt to your life.
EasyDigitalDIY is about progress, not pressure. The tools are meant to support you, not control you.
Why Everything Is Free
This is one of the most important parts of my work.
I strongly believe that everyone deserves access to tools that help them grow, plan, and move forward, regardless of their financial situation. Organization should never feel like a privilege reserved for those who can afford premium software or subscriptions.
By offering my resources for free, I want EasyDigitalDIY to be a starting point — a place where anyone can begin organizing their life without barriers.
The site is supported through content creation and advertising, which allows me to keep the tools accessible while continuing to improve and expand the library.
EasyDigitalDIY as a Personal Blog
EasyDigitalDIY is not just a collection of downloads. It’s a personal blog where I share ideas, systems, and tools that reflect how I approach planning and digital DIY organization.
Everything here is shaped by real experiences, real challenges, and real use. I don’t publish content just to fill pages — I publish what I genuinely believe can help someone else.
Outside of Designing
When I’m not working on new trackers or refining layouts, I enjoy the simple things.
I love a good cup of coffee, discovering new places through travel, and finding inspiration in everyday moments. Those quiet, ordinary experiences often influence my design approach more than trends or templates ever could.
They remind me that organization should support life — not replace it.
